These terms apply when you use vesha.co or buy from Vesha. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

Vesha sells framed devotional art prints, made to order in India. Each product page describes the artwork, size, materials and frame options. We present every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen and in print. Room photographs are styling references; furniture and accessories are not included.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the full price of the product. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are prepaid through the payment options shown at checkout; cash on delivery is not available. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by Vesha.

3. Your order

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable, a price or listing error occurs, or a payment looks fraudulent.

4. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Dispatch, delivery, cancellations, damage claims and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Artwork and content

The artwork, photographs, text and Vesha name belong to Vesha. Buying a print gives you the physical print only. It doesn’t give you the right to copy, scan, reproduce, resell or commercially use the artwork.

6. Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website, for example by interfering with its security, copying content, placing fraudulent orders or impersonating someone else. The store runs on Shopify, and payments and delivery use third-party services with their own terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach a consumer commission. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. You can also write to our Grievance Officer, as described on our Contact page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
