This policy explains what personal information Vesha collects when you visit vesha.co or place an order, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: payment status and method. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider; Vesha never sees or stores them.
- Messages: anything you send us, including photos and videos for a damage claim.
- Browsing information: device, browser, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To process, make, deliver and support your order; to reply to you; to prevent fraud; to keep tax and accounting records; to understand and improve the website; and, if you agree, to send you updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to serve you: Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout; our payment provider; our printing and delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number to make and deliver your order; and analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta where they are enabled. We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies keep the store working, remember your cart and help us measure visits and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your order, customer support and our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email support@vesha.co with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Please don’t send payment details or identity documents by email.
Children
Our store is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
